Currently, education has suffered a lot of changes, as a result, all the subjects have been affected. English is one of these subjects. This is a complex subject to teach even in presencial classes. So, what is going to happen in virtual education? In virtual education, English has some challenges. In my last class, it was evidenced that lack of money, knowledge of technology, Internet Connection, Activities, Parents support, teacher management, and most important the Covid-19 stunt the learning processes of the students.

What to do in order to change it.
In order to change the
issues mentioned before. Teachers in my school had found solutions for
instance: to investigate different kinds of resources, dose activities, be
empathic, and provide personalized feedback.
There are some different resources on the Internet. In my institution, teachers had indagated some apps, web programs in order to engage students in the learning process. These sources had been well accepted by students, so they participate actively, do homework, and are more interested to keep studying. Also, these resources help the development of the four English skills. Another solution was dosing activities. This solution has been increasing the delivery of homework. As a result, more students feel comfortable in the subject. They understand that they can do it in class or even by themselves. Another one was being empathic. This is the most important thing in our days. Because of this reality, we all need to understand that everything can happen during the teaching process, however, it cannot stop. So, we need to listen to students' troubles and try to help as far as humanly possible because that is what teachers do. The other was: providing personal feedback. This is a titanic job due to the numerous number of students that are part of the State highschools. Nevertheless, we all are doing the best even in our free time we are teaching, helping, and solving students' troubles one by one.
