Lack of money

 In my institution after a form questionnaire, we evidenced that some parents lost their jobs as a consequence. 

They just provided the principal things in the home such as food and pay the bills. Parents decided to buy money instead of Internet megabytes. These factors affected English learning because students did not enter the virtual classes. As a result, they cannot develop homework by themselves.
